Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC)
Philippine Coastal Storage and Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC) is a 160-hectare petroleum product facility located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines. It is a former US military base that is now converted to provide over 6 million barrels of fuel product for the whole of Luzon Region and greater part of the National Capital Region (NCR). Accounting for 20% of the total fuel storage capacity, PCSPC is the largest independent fuel storage in the Philippines.
PCSPC is owned by I Squared Capital, an independent global infrastructure investment manager with a focus on energy, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure in North America, Europe, Asia, and other key emerging markets.

What We Provide
PCSPC facilitates movement of petroleum products from vessel receiving, to storing fuel to our storage tanks, and loading fuel to barges and tank trucks. These are being done with high regard to safety in all operations. PCSPC has two (2) marine jetties that deliver various petroleum products from pier to our fuel storage tanks and we have eight (8) loading gantries that can load up to 250 tank trucks per day. PCSPC offers various storage tanks sizes with the smallest ranging from 10000 barrels (approx. 790,000 liters) to the largest with the capacity of 180,000-200,000 barrels (approx. 3.1 million liters) capacity. Each product grade is designed with dedicated pipeline to ensure integrity and quality of products.
