ISO 14001:2015 Certification – Environmental Management System
Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC) is certified under the ISO 14001:2015 standard for Environmental Management, reflecting our commitment to responsible and sustainable operations.

PCSPC is certified by QAS International under ISO 45001:2018, recognizing our proactive approach to ensuring the health and safety of our workforce.

ISPS

International Ship and Port Facility Security

The Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation is certified under the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code in accordance with Chapter XI-2 of the SOLAS Convention and Part A of the ISPS Code.

This certification was issued by the Department of Transportation – Office for Transportation Security of the Republic of the Philippines on 13 March 2025, confirming the implementation of an approved Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) for oil tanker operations.

Policy for Good Faith Reporting

PCSPC aims to provide a working environment in which employees are comfortable reporting legitimate/genuine concerns in relation to improper conduct.

To achieve this outcome, PCSPC is committed to ensuring that:

  • PCSPC Employees will not be mistreated or discriminated for raising genuine concerns; and
  • All concerns raised/reported will be assessed and where appropriate, investigated to the extent permitted by law

This policy applies to all employees and outlines the circumstances under which an employee may escalate an issue and the protections that are available.

This policy applies to any disclosure of information to PCSPC from a Protected Reporter or External Reporter relating to a genuine concern that improper conduct has occurred or is likely to occur.

We believe in fostering a culture of integrity, openness, and accountability. “Good faith reporting” encourages employees, partners, and stakeholders to speak up about misconduct, safety concerns, or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation. When concerns are raised honestly and responsibly, they help strengthen our organization and protect everyone involved. We are committed to listening and taking appropriate action while maintaining confidentiality and respect throughout the process.
