QUALIFICATION :

1. Preferably Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Course.

2. 7 to 10+ years of experience in Procurement, purchasing, import and supply chain management in a senior position or managerial role.

3. Proven experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.

4. With good leadership skills and maturity to handle situations.

5. Capable to create & Good working relationship with vendor & end-users

6. Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and sourcing strategies

7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

8. Analytical and strategic thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

10. Solid understanding of financial and budgeting principles.

11. Proficiency in procurement software/system.

12. Strong knowledge of industry trends, market conditions and regulatory requirements.

13. Knowledge of contract law, sourcing strategies, and cost reduction techniques.

14. Safety Rules and Regulations.

15. Professional Work Ethics and Good Conduct.

16. Conflict of Interest.

17. Knowledgeable in International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) is a plus.

18. Knowledgeable in Import / Export processes is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (master’s or specialized finance training preferred)

2. Proven experience in investment analysis and financial planning

3. Capable of leading a team if needed

4. Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Deep understanding of capital markets and valuation methodologies.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Willing to travel domestic or international if needed

11. Willing to travel to Subic on a per need basis

12. Key Functions:

a. Assist in identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities across relevant markets and sectors.

b. Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and lead in project financial model development and enhancements aligned with ISQ standards.

c. Provide Finance advisory on project assumptions and structure. Includes review, analysis and recommendations on financial assumptions. Lead in the preparation and/or vetting of project financial statements. Collaborate with Finance and subject matter resources (e.g. Engineering, Legal) as needed.

d. Act as Finance focal point for M&A project due diligence activities, data room requirements and coordinate with external parties, where appropriate. Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior Coastal managers as needed.

e. Perform due-diligence assessments for prospects/lead generation which includes market research and recommendations on assumptions (e.g. revenue, capex, opex)

f. Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership or investment committees.

g. Monitor the performance of new investment portfolios or growth projects.

h. Track market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments for informed management decisions.

i. Assist in preparing responses to bid documents. Support project team in complying with requirements and timelines.

j. Serve as a subject-matter expert on investment matters for internal teams and external.

k. Prepare regular reports on investment performance, financial forecasts, and market insights.
